Orders are delivered at the customer's address. Order cutoff is 12:00 PM GMT.

Products produced to order

Some products are produced to order and so we advise a handling time of 1-28 days, plus transit which depends upon the delivery location. 

On placing an order for a product which is produced to order, you will be advised on an expected production and delivery timeframe by email or telephone. If you are unsatisfied with the expected timeframe, we will cancel your order if requested by you within 72 hours of your being notified, and process a full refund. 

Import duties and taxes - EU / International

Customers requesting delivery outside the UK will be responsible for paying any import duties and taxes. This will typically be requested of the recipient by local customs when the order arrives in the destination country in order for the delivery to clear customs. We will ensure that the products are appropriately marked for customs inspection with relevant external paperwork. You will be responsible for any communications with your local customs, and must ensure that you respond to notifications from your local customs in a timely fashion. While we will aim to assist with any difficulties, we will not be held responsible if products held at customs are returned, destroyed, or otherwise not delivered to you.
